Q: Dear Support,
I am a registered business user and am having trouble uploading
to my ftp site. When I hit the test button it returns:
"Unable to connect to the FTP server. Login failed:"
A: Probably, you input wrong login and password or use Secure FTP.
The VisualLightBox supports FTP only.
