Q: Dear Support,
My Visuallightbox slidshow does not work when I upload to site. It works, when I preview it. I
upload it , click on a photo and I get a blank screen and not slide show.
A: Make sure that you uploaded 'data' and 'engine' folders to your server.
These folders are generated by the application automatically in folder with the page where you want to paste the slideshow.
