I paid for the full version of the slideshow, uninstalled the one that I had and installed the business license. Now it won't even open. Did I do something wrong?
Dear support I have bought a single site full version for our site – but we seem to have problems with Explorer version 11. Other browsers are okey – as far as I have tested.
We created a test page. All steps were followed and we did everything as you indicated, however slideshow can't be seen. Please let me know your thoughts!
