Q: I have purchase your software and I really like it is features, for some reason when I played the slide on my computer it plays fine. I have uploaded to the website, but for some reason is not playing properly and it takes a long time to load the show. Is there something I am missing ? I have use, Firefox, Chrome, Safari and IE browsers.
A: All images should be pre-loaded before slideshow will start the playing. You added 276
images. That's why pre-loading process takes a long time.
