I get "Host not found" error message when publish image slideshow html
Q: I am a webmaster and I would like to buy the software for unlimited websites, but I couldn't publish via ftp.
In publish to FTP server: I enter required info (I'm sure that it's valid, my other FTP manager works fine with this info), click "Test FTP location" button and get message that it's OK. But when I click "Publish" button I get error message "Host not found"?
Can you help me, because I am very interest to buy the product.
A: Check that you selected the created location from the list of available locations till you press Publish button.
