Frame is smaller than images in joomla image slideshow
Q: Your frame is always longer by width than height. All my pictures are taller than wide and I have tried everything to fit them in your box but the top and bottom are always cut off. I have an image that is 1200 wide by 1600 tall pixels. Even if I say custom size, 1200 X 1600, preserve aspect ratio, shrink large images, frame 480 x 360 it still cuts off the top and bottom of the image. How can I set this up so the entire picture shows?
I am using windows 7. Visual slideshow ver 1.6. I have it on my local drive not on a web page because I haven't been able to get it to work right.
A: What value do you use for "Frame size" parameter?
Try to use value "As image size" or "Custom size" and set values you need for "width" and
"height" parameters.
If problem will persist, please send us your project file (.vislb) and several original
images, so we can check them.
