Q: I choose for the slideshow to auto play and to loop. When I attempted to place it into our desired .html page a problem occurred. There were no transitions in the slideshow. The first image appeared static. When I opened the .css file, it did not have any transition detail in the text.
Please let me know what additional information I should provide you to help you guide us to a resolution.
A: Actually, .css file doesn't contain information about transition. Transition effect is javascript-based.
So:
1) Make sure that javascript is enabled in your browser.
2) Make sure that you upload .js files generated with VisualSlideShow on your server.
3) Make sure that you have only one VisualSlideShow head section in the code of your page.
